Shipping

For small quantity order, you can either choose to let us arrange the shipment or use your own express account, DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT are optional.

For bulk quantity order, we can choose from air transport or ocean shipping upon your request, our sales will send you the quote for the shipment or you can use your own carrier.

Please confirm the price term with our sales. EXW, FOB and CIF price terms will cause different product price and freight rate.

Warranty

For routine products, Lightsky warrants all the routine products listed on our website to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three years after the date of receiving the goods. Lightsky's warranty covers only the product itself, Lightsky will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs or other losses.

Within warranty, you can give a call or send an e-mail to us via: info@lightsky-led.com to claim the warranty. We require you send us the proof of the quality problem of the products, either by sending the pictures or videos. After our service department confirm the quality problem of the products from our QC department, we will contact you to arrange the replacement lights.

Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Lightsky. Lightsky will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.

For custom orders

For custom products, we offer different warranty term according to the actual products, so please confirm the warranty with our sales if you order customized products from our company.
